How it began
Our Story
It all started in Edinburgh in 2017, when a group of mutual friends brought two people together who had absolutely no idea what was coming. The moment Lewis offered Jess his last slice of pizza, something clicked — and Jess, never one to let a good deed go unrewarded, sealed the deal shortly after with a home-cooked Spanish chicken recipe that Lewis still talks about to this day.
From that first night, they discovered a shared world of sarcastic humour, film and TV quotes traded at speed, good music, and dancing with friends until far too late. Life eventually took them south to London, but their story was always heading somewhere more scenic.
In September 2024, on a cliffside in Menorca — the early morning light spilling across a bright blue sea below — Lewis got down on one knee. Jess said yes.
